Founded back in 2001, Go Gourmet Catering has become the premier purveyor of five-star catering in Dallas, Texas. The inspiration for this exceptional business came from the passion and love of food and the experiences that come from it. Our mission is to pursue excellence in catering and providing the finest service and quality food at the most affordable prices to our clients.

Under the leadership of Southern Methodist University Graduate and Executive Chef Stephen Martin, our catering business has grown to an expansive operation employing 30 full and part-time employees. From the most discerning brides to major Fortune 500 companies, our list of clients hasn't stopped growing since we started.

Go Gourmet has created a network with over 25 purveyors provides the fresh, healthful ingredients that inspire our culinary team to create flavorful masterpieces.

From the naturally raised meat and to the line caught seafood to the organic produce, every component of each dish is the purest available. Texas Hill Country bobwhite quail, micro greens from local farmers, heirloom tomatoes from around the Rocky Mountain Region, Colorado buffalo and Hawaiian lychees are just a few of the products that arrive each day from which our culinary team crafts the daily cuisine.
