Founded back in 2001, Go Gourmet Catering has become the premier purveyor of five-star catering in Dallas, Texas. The inspiration for this exceptional business came from the passion and love of food and the experiences that surround from it. Under the leadership of Southern Methodist University Graduate and Executive Chef Stephen Martin, our catering business has grown to an expansive operation employing 30 full and part-time employees. From the most discerning brides to major Fortune 500 companies, our list of clients hasn't stopped growing since we started.

Texas Hill Country bobwhite quail, micro greens from local farmers, heirloom tomatoes from around the Rocky Mountain Region, Colorado buffalo and Hawaiian lychees are just a few of the products that arrive each day from which our culinary team crafts the daily cuisine.
